Truck-mounted equipment for cleaning sewer lines and pipes comprising :

The 2 compartments can be separated by a moving partition. Another compartment can also be added.

A vacuum pump :
Vacuum pump with vanes : from 320 to 2000 cbm/h generated volume.
Rotary pistons blowers : from 1300 to 5500 cbm/h generated volume.
Liquid ring pump : from 1200 to 2800 cbm/h generated volume

Pumping accessories :
Hydraulic suction hose boom ø 100 or 120.

A high pressure pump :
SACAVI pumps : flow from 42 to 235 l/mn, pressure from 80 to 235 bar.

Additional equipments :

The complete sound insulation concept : C2I.
Installation with C2I concept comprise 2 parts :
- 1 fixed part on the vehicle chassis with access door for each pump.
- 1 mobile fastened on the tank.
This design makes maintenance and operations on the vehicle very easy.

The two parts are internally covered with an absorbing material, insulating the room over vacuum pump, HP pump and drive line. The sound insulation protects as well the HP pump against frost. The lower part between the truck axles can be covered with panels made of polyester resin. This material offers the advantage to reduce the weight of the building and doesn't rust. All the panels (except above wheels) are hinged and can be lifted from bottom to top on about 150°. The panels to be lifted frequently are fitted with gas cylinder to hold them up with out safety crutch. In this option, the tool boxes are made of reinforced polyester (also available for standard installation).

Safety
Equipment for the transport of hazardous materials (ADR).
Taking over of the tank in conformity with the decree of the 18 th of December 1998 and the ADR 99. Appendix B1e concerning the regulation for the transport of wastes containing hazardous materials coming from the classes 3, 4-1, 5-1 ,6-1,6-2, 8 and 9. The detailed list of the concerned products will vary with the tank building material and with the presence or not of a moving partition comprising :

Design and monitoring
Construction in accordance with the approved calculation code, 4 bar pressure.
Thickness : 6 or 8 mm for steel.
5 or 6 mm for stainless steel.
Qualified solderers and operators and approved directions.
Radiographic review of the soldered joints.
Review of the inside and outside of the tank.
Hydraulic testings at 4 Bar pressure.
Imperviousness testings at working pressure.
Taking over, testings and monitoring are carried out by the DRIRE or any other approved body.

Construction
Anti overturning protection system, for the parts situated on the upper part of tank. Anti embedding system for the valves fitted on the rear.

Accessories
Electricity with approved wires.
Terminal fitted on the tank, for the junction of the equipotential wire.
Metal braid for earth wire, capacity 10 m.
Isolating valve with safety ball and pneumatic control.
Automatic declutch of the pump and closing of the safety ball valve at the end of the filling up.

Signalling
Manometer on tank and after breaking disc. Numberplate's supports fitted on each side and at the rear.

• Control system :
This system comprises :

- A fixed main control panel on the right or on the left on the rear door, a lateral control box and an auxiliary control panel on the hose reel.

- A fixed main control panel on the right or on the left on the rear door, a lateral control box and an auxiliary swivelling control panel on the hose reel.

- Removable control panel. All the functions are radio controlled with an infra red area limitation for the hydraulics controls.
