At the inlet :
17 to 23 cbm/hour of liquid sludges
(density 30 to 50 g/l)

At the outlet :
500 to 110 kg/hour of dewatered sludges
(dryness 17 to 20 % and 30% with liming).

• Semi-trailer : GVW from 20 000 to 27 000 Kg. Lenght : 10,5   to 12 m.
• Clarifier decanter.
• Stainless steel bowl and driving mechanism with anti-abrasive protection.
• Generator - 100 kva engine - 6 cylinders, in sound proofed compartment.
• Automatic polymer treatment unit - capacity 2cbm.
• Hydraulic screw pump driven by hydraulic engine. Flow from 4 to 22 cbm/hour.
• Hydraulically driven metering pump for liquid polymer. Flow from 6 to 20l/min.
• Underwater laying water pump. Flow : 14cbm/h.
• Worm diameter 250  with stainless steel plate covered with polyethylene, to extract the dewatered sludges.
• Flows adjustment by electromagnetic flowmeters with LCD display.
• Hose box and tool box.
