THE ASS SYSTEM

.

Equipment for the reinstatement of canalization by partial lining.

Circular crack

A packer

Treatment of a stitching

The ASS process is a method of selective reinstatement of canalization with a diameter from 150 to 600 mm applicable to every type of canalization (cement, VPC, sandstone...).

The preparation made of glass fiber fabrics and polyester mats covered with resin is applied on video monitoring on the inside of the canalization, thanks to à packer made of inflatable rubber with a heating system.

Defaults :

Strengthening an damming of seals.
Repair of cracks.
Repair of circular cracks.
Repair of breaks and piercing.
Reduction of canalization's gaps.
Prevention against roots penetration.
Sealing of unused canalizations.
Damming of stitching.

Advantages :

Quality :
The materials quality has been specially developped for this application to warranty great caracteristics :
Waterproofness : very good adhesion of the vinylester resin on every type of support.
Mechanical reinforcement : mechanical caracteristics of the repairing certified by testings realized at the Industrial and Technical Testings Centre of the Shiga prefecture in Japan in July 1990.
Chimical resistance : very good.
Hydraulic caracteristics : the capacity of the canalization remain unchanged.(otherthickness of  5 mm maxi.)
Longevity : the material property do not become altered with the time.
Handiness :The inflating of the air packer and it's heating with electrical resistance (patent N° : 3-4567) bring to the ASS system, simplicity, hardiness of the equipment and litheness of use.
